Apologies for the delay - this is serious medical stuff and I have my Professional Indemnity to consider.

After substantial consultation with other eminent Health Care professionals I am able to prescribe a Forum Hug. Enjoy it but be warned - side effects have been reported:

* dizziness

* shortness of breath

* a warm glow

* a kinda fuzzy feeling
