Both Monstrance offerings are very good and deserves more attention. But I do think this one is a little bit more easy to get into.

I just have bought/downloaded the EP and am listening to track 3 now. Like the titel suggests, the material on Fine Wires seems to be smoother, more flowing and a little bit more refined than on the album. After the first listen "Children Love Our Dear Helmsman" seems to be one of Monstrances best pieces.

Like Per Aronsson said, this one might be more accessibly than the album. But is this a good sign for the lasting appeal? Hmm...let's see.

But what's most important now: I like it! ;-)
