A small club and a very charming atmosphere that Veda made even more charming. She is a wonderful performer. Funny and serious at the same time. She asked me if I had any requests and of course I had, so she played "Tuktoyaktuk Hymn" and "Where Am I From?" specially for me. Oh, and she also throw in my name several times in a song! Hopefully I will see her live again. Maybe in Vancouver with her big band? |

I saw Veda years and years (and years and years) ago in Vancouver at the East Cultural Centre off Commercial Drive. Very intimate and a great musical evening.
Per if you ever get out to Vancouver you better stop off in Calgary too! |
