No national health care in USA. Thats cos those in pwoer in europe see revolution as a bad thing and need to make sure the poor dont get so poor they dont revolt. hence health care and socail care. In America revolution is seen as a the great founding moment of your nation so its a good thing and not to be avoided. So health and scoail security dont really register.
